Parking Charge Notice

(PCN) Ticket System

The Parking Industry has become increasingly diverse over recent years and the needs of every customer differ. The Wheel Clamping Company prides itself on being able to anticipate, meet and surpass these needs by providing a wide range of services and being flexible to each of our valued customers. The need for a penalty system that does not immobilise vehicles but still acts as a valuable deterrent has been identified and so, we now offer the Parking Charge Notice Ticket System.

How does a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) Ticket

System work ?

A ticket called a PCN (Parking Charge Notice) will be applied to the vehicle when parked in contravention of The Wheel Clamping Company warning signs.

Once the PCN has been issued, the registered owner / keeper / hirer of the vehicle has twenty eight days to pay the fine of £70 as indicated on the warning notices. If the payment is received within fourteen days a discount of £30 is applied.

In the event of a fine not being paid, our legal team apply to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency for the registered owner's name & address so that non-payment of fines can be enforced through our debt recovery service.

We can offer a tailor made service to meet your needs. If you require a
wheel clamping service plus a PCN service both systems can be run along
side each other with no extra cost.
